Just what I was after! As part of a low-carb lifestyle, this is perfect for baking. I used it in a jello-poke-cake recipe and it was very tasty indeed. Nice to have baked goods again. Also made scones and they were so delicious, I prefer them over regular ones. Price was reasonable, too, compared to many other places which carry this. Will definitely be buying again from here. Thanks. Came quickly and safely packaged.

I use quite a bit of almond flour so I was looking for a place to buy larger packages of almond flour that was high quality. This is good flour in larger bags for a great price. I will certainly buy all my almond flour from Nuts in Bulk..which is why I am on the site right now.

Baking with almond flour is very rewarding. We're so glad we discovered it. The cookies and the "corn" bread are our favorite. The manner in which the product was packed and shipped was very well done and also the product itself was of good quality. We were nervous about ordering so much (4 lbs) not knowing where the nuts or end product came from (like Calif. or some other country) but we were well satisfied. We probably will be ordering 10 lbs next time.

You need to put the product into 5 pound bags....how do you expect a home owner to handle 25 pound bag??? Once you open it, you start drying it out among other things, and storage is almost impossible.

I wanted to find an alternative to flour...this item has worked great in the items Ive made with it. I even used it to bread meat with before baking. great texture, and the taste is superb.

The order has arrived fast, everything was nicely packaged. I found a gluten free cookie recipe with an almond flour and wanted to try it out. It was my first time baking with an almond flour, and it was very easy to work with this flour and cookies turned out good.
