HOW IT WORKS: To participate, simply add a qualifying product to your shopping cart and select the shipping method. The free shipping will automatically be applied if standard shipping is an option. WHERE GROUND IS UNAVAILABLE, A $10 DISCOUNT WILL BE OFFERED FOR 2-DAY. *BASED ON SUBTOTAL AFTER DISCOUNTS FOR EACH DESTINATION IN YOUR ORDER. This offer applies only to the individual items marked as "FREE Shipping" other items in your cart that are not eligible will still incur a shipping charge.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Offer only valid on items marked with "This Item Ships FREE". Applies only to orders shipping to a valid street address in the United States. Not available for shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
We offer FREE Standard service on orders of $500 or more. Please note that this offer applies ONLY to Standard serviceable addresses. This offer does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, PO Boxes or Military Mail addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
+ How do I place my order?
Once you've identified the item(s) you'd like to purchase, click Add to Cart, to place that item in your shopping cart. The options to Checkout or View Cart are always available at the top of the screen. You can select Checkout to pay by credit card or Checkout with PayPal, Amazon, Apple Pay (if you are using an Apple product) or Google Pay.
Once you've entered your shipping and billing information, select Place Your Order and that's it! In just a few moments you'll receive an order confirmation via email.
NOTE: If your billing information differs from your shipping information, please be careful to enter the correct information in the appropriate fields as incorrect billing information may result in order delays.
+ How can I change/cancel my order?
Please Submit a Request above and someone will be in touch to assist you.
Please note that since most of our orders ship the same day, modification or cancellation requests must be received ASAP.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
+ Why have I not received any update on my order?
We send emails for all of our orders, if you have provided an email address. Please double check your spam mail, if you still don't see anything feel free to contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure that your email address was entered correctly.

+ How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs are largely weight and distance based. Be sure to take advantage of our estimated shipping calculators to get an idea of what the cost will be specific to your destination zip code. Please keep in mind that the actual shipping charge will be clearly indicated in your shopping cart as you checkout.
+ Do you guarantee delivery?
Please check all addresses carefully. Delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses our customers provide us with. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you. If you choose to provide an alternative shipping address to have the order re-shipped to, additional charges will apply.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or other phenomena out of our control.
+ Will you ship my order on a specific later date?
Yes. During checkout, you'll be given space to enter a "Desired ship Date." Please enter dates that fall on business days only and leave blank if you'd like your order shipped immediately. Dates submitted that fall on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the prior business day to the requested date.
If your order MUST arrive on a specific date, please select an expedited shipping method such as our 2 Day Air or One Day services.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible due to shipping delays due to weather, natural disaster or other incidents out of our control.
+ Why did I get charged twice?
What appears as a double charge is actually an authorization and then an actual charge. Your bank sets aside the money for us to take when you place your order (this can stay on your account history for up to 30 days) and then when we actually take the money the charge shows up again.
+ Where's my order confirmation?
If you provided us with an email address either on your account or when purchasing an item, you should be hearing from us.
If you haven’t received an email within an hour of placing your order, first check your SPAM/JUNK folder.
If you still can't find your confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to provide it to you.
+ When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card gets charged when the order is placed. This also applies when paying via Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay.
+ Do you offer Curbside pickup?
We sure do!
Simply place your order online, request Curbside Pickup in the Comments section during checkout .
In Stock Curbside Pickup orders placed Monday to Friday during our business hours are ready within 2 hours.
Local Pickup Hours are Monday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM ONLY.
You will receive an e-mail indicating that the order is complete and when it will be available for pickup.The pickup location is:Superior Nut Company, Inc.225 Monsignor O'Brien HwyCambridge, MA 02141.
+ When can I expect my order to ship?
Most orders placed by 2 PM EST ship the same business day. In some cases, large orders or orders requiring custom assembly may require additional processing time. When your order ships, you will receive confirmation along with any applicable tracking numbers via email.
Please note we ship Monday - Friday only.
We do not ship on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- The day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
+ Hot Weather Shipping Policies
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate and candy products, we take special care to ensure delivery in perfect condition.
If the temperature in our area or yours exceeds 70F, we require shipping using only expedited methods (One Day and 2 Day) Your items will be shipped in an insulated box along with gel ice. There's a $5 charge added to the shipping fee to cover the cost of the insulation and gel ice. (this fee is included in your shipping total and does not show up as a separate line item.)
During the summer months, to prevent chocolates and candy from sitting on a truck over a weekend, we only ship chocolates and candy Monday through Wednesday. So, if you order a chocolate item after 2PM EST on Wednesday afternoon, your order will not ship until the following Monday.
Chocolate may also be shipped on Thursdays via our ONE DAY service to zip codes with transit times exceeding 1 business day.
If you choose a Ship-To-Arrive Date which falls on a Monday, the item will be shipped to arrive on the previous Friday. The same applies to ship-to-arrive dates that fall on Tuesdays, unless the transit time from our facility to your zip code is 1 business day.
+ Will you ship to my PO Box?
Yes. Just be sure to select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method to avoid any processing delays. Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Downloading our order form will make placing your large order easy. The order form is attached to this Forum topic and allows you to enter shipping and item information for each of your gift recipient.
IMPORTANT: Mailing lists must be received electronically in .xls, .xlsx or .csv format (these can be easily created with MS Excel - please see order form for required fields.) We do not offer data entry services and therefore cannot accept mailing lists in formats other than what is listed above, including but not limited to handwritten or faxed mailing lists.
Once you've completed the form, you can email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will confirm receipt via email within one (1) business day. Please note that due to the custom nature of our gift items, large orders may require 3-5 business days of production time prior to shipment. We do not offer multiple shipping dates for corporate orders.

What's your policy on returns?
Our team is working around the clock to process all orders and get them to you as quickly as possible. With safety as our leading priority for our employees and customers, we will be suspending our return/ refund process at this time.
