Great for ice cream. Great for adding some texture to a salad. KathDon't work as well for peanut butter as I had hoped.

These were great, fresh and saved me a lot of time as they were all ready chopped. I used some in baking, and what I have not used to keep them fresh, I placed in a freezer bag, and put them in the deep freeze. This helps to keep them from going stale as the oil in them can turn. The nuts were very fresh and I got the 4lb bad, and there was a lot of nuts there.
