Great for baked goods

While these are a little too sweet for solo consumption, they work very well in baked goods and some nut/fruit/chocolate mixes. As a dark chocolate, I expected less of a sweet sensation and more of the slight bitterness that can be typical of dark chocolate. Additionally, the chips are mini chips which worked very well in some of my goods, but less well in others.

I chose these because they contain more chocolate than most other chips. I mostly use them in cooking or to make hot chocolate, so I like the fact that they are small and melt well. Just keep in mind that these are a lot smaller than average chocolate chips. Otherwise, delicious!

These are mini, a delicious DARK choc., and you get a lot of bang for your buck! I love to use them in my choc./zucchini cake, as a special treat to find inside! Great for pumpkin cookies, or top a few on whip cream for a "mini" treat/garnish! I already ordered more (to beat the summer heat), and am very pleased to find the mini size in dark choc. without it costing a fortune! Many thanks!
