I was disappointed in these. Others have much bigger coffee beans and the dark chocolate was thicker and had more flavor. These were crunchy but lacked flavor.

Delicious and perfect for the coffee lovers in the family. Since we are BIG on the coffee flavor, we prefer the ones that we got last year...less chocolate...letting the coffee flavor be predominant. This year, they seem to be favoring the dark chocolate lovers group...more dark chocolate than coffee bean. Still wonderful, however.

I first saw the dark chocolate espresso beans from Superior Nut on the amazon website and ordered a pound to try them. I had ordered other things too and didn't realize until too late that I was charged $26 in shipping and handling! They are not that good.... so then I went to the Superior Nut website and ordered a few bags and the shipping and handling was much more reasonable. I like them and would order them again... they vary in size are sweeter than I would like but much better than some others that I have tried. They are comparable to the Trader Joe's espresso beans. I also ordered the decaf beans and cannot tell the difference in taste.

I love espresso coffee beans, but most of all dark chocolate. I received my first batch in early March all the way in Afghanistan. They were delicious. I am so glad they did not arrive melted. I will probably not order beyond April due to the extreme heat in this area. I will enjoy every bit of them.
