I love the dark chocolate Brazil nuts! Once you start eating them, it's hard to stop!4 instead of 5 stars because of packaging. I've ordered the 5# bulk in the past and it came in a great resealable plastic bag. This 10# order comes in a plastic sack with a twisty that needs to be transferred into a more accessible container. Better to send two nice resealable 5# plastic bags.

The chocolate wasn't so darn thick. Great nuts, great chocolate....just way too much of the later. Just a nice single dip of chocolate would make these absolutely PERFECT!Unfortunately I am not sure I will order these again because of the thick chocolate . I would love to but.......wish someone there would take a second look at the process - yes I know that would mean more nuts per Lb =DI see others have mentioned this same fact already in reviews as well

My brazil nuts came very quickly and tasted very fresh! The only downfall for me was that they weren't usda organic that was my fault though because I didnt look.

We have ordered these dark chocolate Brazil nuts (10 lbs) a couple of times and also the one pound packages. We enjoy these nuts very much and have a dish of them sitting on the kitchen table most of the time for a quick and healthy snack. We did try this same kind of product from another company but found that the chocolate was of poorer quality - so we went back to Superior Nut Store. We get the 1 lb packages to give away as gifts to friends and family. Everyone who tries them, comments about how good they are. I make chocolates (truffles and turtles) sometimes using Callebaut Belgium chocolate and although your chocolate isn't quite as good, it is very good (I'd rate it 8.5/10).
Pros
The overall taste of the combination of nut and chocolate. Also the smooth, shinny appearance of the chocolate coating on the nuts. Finally, the freshness of the product and the excellent shipping service.

My wife got a pound of these for Christmas. She is very conscious of her weight. Her comment was that she could eat the whole pound all at once, but she wouldn't. She took 3 weeks. For most candy it would take her 3 months to eat a pound.

I ordered the dark chocolate Brazil nuts for the first time a month or so ago, and just loved them! So I placed a second order (and added the macadamias). They arrived earlier than expected and are absolutely delicious! I limit myself to two a day so I can savor each moment. :) Kudos to you and your company! I am now a loyal fan!

I didn't realize that milk chocolate-covered brazil nuts were also available. My fault, I'm sure, that I missed seeing that when I placed the order. The dark chocolate ones are okay, but no what I was really hoping for. Again, my error.

I started eating 4 of Superior Nuts dark chocolate covered brazil nuts at the request of my doctor. My thyroid was not functioning correctly. What a difference the nuts have made! I have more energy, better digestion and am able to go longer between meals w/o snacking. Give them a try!
