The flax seeds look like high-quality, but I’ve never purchased these before, so admittedly, I have nothing to compare them to. However, I shopped around quite a bit, and the price and shipping rate at Nuts in Bulk was the most reasonable I found. They also shipped promptly and everything was packaged with care.
