What a change from almond butter, terrific taste! It's a little thin, but if you pour off the oil at the top & then stir it, the texture is perfect.

Love the flavor but the consistency is way too thin. Even after vigorous stirring and keeping it refrigerated after arrival it still hasn't firmed up beyond the consistency of watery oatmeal. Impossible to use as a spread, I just drizzle it on whatever I'm eating.

We love pecans, and the nut butter proved equally enjoyable. Tried both salted and unsalted, and found them hard to distinguish in terms of taste and thickness. The one thing holding back 1/2 star is the watery nature of the butter, but it hasn't stopped me from ordering more or trying other products. My one other comment is that it is pretty expensive for the amount, but since I haven't found any other source or tried any other pecan butter, I guess the "monopoly gets to charge more. I highly recommend this as an option. The butter is excellent, and it even stays pretty "loose" in the refrigerator (where it has to be kept after opening).

The pecan butter was tasty and not to oily. I have tried pecan butter mixed with cashew butter but it did not taste nearly as good as this butter. If you're a nut butter fan then this is definitely a great one to try! Superior Nut Company as a whole is a great company. I have ordered from them multiple times and always get the product quickly.

This is a great item, real pecan taste. For those who find it a bit oily, just pour off some of the oil before mixing. Yes, it is hard to mix, but I put it in my mini food processor.. If you keep it in the refrigerator, it will not separate again.

While the Pecan Butter was tasty, it was too runny for my intended purpose (including in my home-made fudge). Another reviewer mentioned this, but I didn't take it that seriously. It was delicious, packaged well and arrived promptly, but was not worth the money for me.
