Description

Organic Hulled sesame seeds are lighter in color than natural sesame seeds because the outside coating has been removed. Often found on top of rolls, they are ideal for baking and cooking. They are often used in Chinese cooking, desserts, casserole toppings, etc. When toasted, their flavor intensifies, and they are extremely flavorful sprinkled on salads or to garnish soup. They are also the main ingredients in tahini (sesame seed paste) and the wonderful Middle Eastern sweet call halvah.

I am so pleased with my order. The sesame seeds are perfection. I plan on making tahani with them. I found out that they can be frozen so I divided them into 1/4 lb packages. So looking forward to fresh tahani!

My wife and I were very impressed with the freshness of these seeds. They quality was great. They looked like they were just harvested. Never seen seeds that fresh before. I have never gotten such fresh and nice looking seeds anywhere before, not even at Health Food Store's.

Fresh and delicous. Use my Nutri-Bullet to make fresh tahini and humous from these sesame seeds at a fraction of the cost, pan roast them first and they errupt with aroma and flavor.
