These nuts are a must for my special occasion and Holiday baking. Difficult to find in bulk, raw or roasted, unsalted in any stores, even whole foods. I purchased 4lbs in late 2012, and froze the unused, vacuum packed in my freezer until August of this year. The remainder used in Chocolate chippers for my father-in-laws birthday. No other kind of nut is a match! No rancid or old taste, fresh as the original purchase.

We have been getting Raw Macadamia nuts from our local co-op until we found these online. The price is certainly right for such great nuts, though I'm not sure the quality is as good as what we were getting from our co-op. I will be comparing them again the next time we order. However, with a family of eight, quantity won this time. We have yet to soak and dehydrate the nuts as we do, and that may affect my overall opinion as well.

I shopped around all of our grocery stores in town looking for unsalted macadamias and was unable to find any except for a small package size at an enormous price. I needed more than the small package as my family favorite cookies are white chocolate macadamias. I found your website by a random online search. I am very happy with my purchase. These are passable Macadamia nuts. They are about 97% halves, and not many little pieces, which is good. The flavor is ok, but I suspect these will not stay fresh for very long. Based on my other experiences with this company, I probably will not order these from here again. Please note, if you want to return these items, the company will not pay the return shipping.

Its normal to be skeptical when you are purchasing a food product over the internet. The product arrived in a reasonable time. The quantity was there - I believe we actually received slightly more than the ten pounds we ordered. There is a reasonable ratio of halves to pieces. My wife thinks the nuts tasted "fresher" than what we buy locally. .

The person that took the order was unable to provide any information about the where the nuts were grown or the process used to remove the shells. If that information was provided we would have rated 5 Stars.
