Roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds are difficult to find in our area. I order these to feed our songbirds, especially the cardinals. (The squirrels love them too.) Because there are no shells, there is no mess. I usually order 10 lbs. at a time. I eat them too. They are delicious.

Fresh and crunchy! And there are so many in the bag that it will last through several batches of the muesli I make for breakfast. I'm looking forward to trying them in bread.

I had bought the 5 pound bag previously and it was delicious. Small nuts, great taste, and roasted perfectly. This 10 pound bag has nuts twice as large, hard, and not as good.

Good & Healthy Sunflowers seeds

I love to eat sunflower seeds with raisins for a healthy snack. These are wonderful, I buy a large quantity and pour out a jar full for the using. The rest of the package I store in my freezer until I need to refill the jar. It is a quick and healthy snack. My Amazon Yellow nape Parrot also loves the treat!
