I just needed 1lb. of rock candy and could not find it any where, so I went on line and found this site. This rock candy without the string is perfect! I use it to make apricot brandy from an old recipe left behind by my grandmother. The hardest part of the recipe was straining out the string from the rock candy - now that problem is solved! Delivered quickly and I am very happy.

I bought these for a candy buffet for my wedding and they looked great! My theme was sea glass colors, so I mixed these with blue and green and it looked so beautiful in the glass, like real seaglass. The great taste was a bonus. Everyone loved them!

I use thie rock candy in making my version of the old fashion Rock & Rye wishey. I blend Jim Beam wiskey and rock candy to make a liquior that is a favoriate with my family & friends. This is my first experience with this particular rock candy and I found it to be exactly what I wanted!
Pros
That it was not on strings and that the crystals were a smaller size, which is idea for my purposes.
Cons
It was just fine, no dislikes!
